Dazai moved to Oregon in 2002, and became a guest lecturer at universities in Oregon, also became an artistic director of new koto ensemble group,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/oregonkotokai.org\/about-us\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Oregon Koto-Kai\u00a0<\/a> (Japanese Koto Society of Oregon).
